📚 About PullCodeLabs

PullCodeLabs provides online live coding and digital learning classes for children ages 7–14. Classes are conducted virtually via Zoom and include interactive project-based lessons.

💳 Pricing, Payments & Billing

We offer multiple pricing plans, including:

  • Free Trial: Includes one live session. No charge if canceled within 7 days.

  • Monthly Plan: Billed at $119/month, includes 4 live sessions.

  • Annual Plan: Billed at $1,190/year (2 months free).

All paid plans auto-renew unless canceled.
A valid payment method is required to enroll.
You authorize PullCodeLabs to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel at any time through your account or by emailing support@pullcodelabs.com

  • If canceled before the next billing cycle, no further charges will be applied.

  • Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods.

  • Free trials must be canceled within 7 days to avoid charges.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parent/Guardian Responsibility

  • All users under 18 must have a parent or guardian create the account and supervise participation.

  • Parents are responsible for their child’s behavior during live sessions.

  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from a session without refund.

🧠 Intellectual Property

All class content, curriculum, and materials are the intellectual property of PullCodeLabs.
You may not copy, record, distribute, or resell any content without written permission.

🔐 Privacy & Data Use

Your use of PullCodeLabs is also governed by our
Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your data and your child’s privacy in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

PullCodeLabs is not liable for:

  • Any technical issues with internet connectivity, device setup, or Zoom access.

  • Any indirect or consequential damages related to class use or platform downtime.

🔄 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.
Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
